Our styles tend to run true to size, unless otherwise noted. On every product page, we have detailed style information located under the “Size & Fit'' tab. It's best to consider the information we provide there in conjunction with our size charts.

Our custom made knit fabrics are pre-washed to remove any shrink. As with all knit goods, additional & minimal shrink may occur overtime. Line drying is the best way to ensure you maximize the longevity of any knit product.
All of our woven fabrics should be hand washed cold and line dried.

Care instructions vary from product to product. We detail specific care information on every product page under the “Fabric & Care” tab.
Once an order is submitted, any modification or cancellation can be made by contacting customer service at (855) MAHI - GOLD immediately. Please note, once an order has been processed for shipping we are unable to make any modifications.
We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $200.
We accept all major credit cards and express payment options as well as MAHI GOLD Gift Cards.
Taxes are applied in accordance with the tax laws of the location the order is being shipped or delivered to.
MAHI GOLD will accept full-price merchandise returns for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All tags must be attached. For more information regarding our return policy, visit our returns page. Please note that MAHI GOLD's online return policy may differ from our in store return policy.

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after receipt back to our warehouse. If you are exchanging for a different size, style or color, we will ship your exchange within 48 hours. Please note, all exchanges are subject to availability.
Items purchased at one of our retail partner stores may not be returned via mail. For items purchased at one of our MAHI GOLD Outfitters stores, please contact the store location where you purchased the item for return instructions. For store contact information, please see our Stores page.
No, items purchased on sale are only eligible for exchange and cannot be returned. Items noted as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you received a gift from MAHIGOLD.com, you may exchange the item or return it for a credit to MAHIGOLD.com. Online credit is only redeemable at MAHIGOLD.com. You will need to provide either the order # or the name of the individual who purchased the gift for you to process the exchange or credit. If you are unable to provide that information, we unfortunately won’t be able to issue an exchange or credit.
